West Rocks Hotel - Eastbourne

The venue has marvellous location on the seafront. It's light with exceptionally comfortable beds and good views.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other great budget hotels. My room was brand-new & tastefully decorated with a single bed and hairdryer, for instance...

there were great value for money rooms with a huge bathroom. the location was ideal, very close to the beach, pier and the event and the seafront and the restaurant and a generous breakfast and easily accessible. furthermore, in general house needs refurbishment.

I had twin room that also was complete with attention dated as well as drawers hanging off at angles. It was in the best possible and prime location near restaurants and bars.

The staff were absolutely rude, didn't expect that coming.

Amazing stay with fab vibes!

Loved my 4 nights here! The staff were so chill and funny. The shower was great, like seriously the best! Only downside? The room felt a bit vintage but honestly, who cares when you're paying so little? And oh man, the location is perfect, with the beach just steps away.

The location is a total gem, right smack on the seafront with a killer view. The staff are super friendly and even dish out handy local dining tips! Plus, the comfy beds set you up for a sound night's snooze.

Alright, the hotel feels a bit tired, and the shower could seriously use some love-it's either scalding or lukewarm. Plus, do check that tea cup situation. I found some left with tea stains. Still, with a little TLC, it's a decent spot for the price!

Excellent hotel with amenities like free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and flat-screen TVs. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost earring on my first stay. Highly recommend it for a city trip!

Shower could greatly benefit from an upgrade!!! Unpredictable temperature control left me flirting with both scalding and icy water, not the ideal way to unwind!!! Small bathrooms are hardly a delight.

The breakfast bags provided were a great touch. The staff were cute and gave helpful recommendations for local attractions. The shower power could be improved as it lagged a bit during use.

I had a fantastic stay with a fine sea view and super friendly staff who made me feel right at home last summer.

I had a good stay with fine sea views and a yummy breakfast buffet. The chocolate fudge cake was delicious but could've used a scoop of ice cream. Would return!

A Perfect Family Getaway

We enjoyed two beautiful nights in a side sea view room with plenty of natural light. The staff was friendly. For families, the availability of light breakfast bags at reception was a nice touch. Don't miss the fine beach views in the morning!

The staff were welcoming, and I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast bags. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and local eateries.

Great location, super friendly staff, and comfy beds! Loved the takeaway breakfast bag since i don't like big breakfasts, it was perfect for me. The hotel is really close to the beach and the town. Definitely felt safe as a solo traveler, and the value for money was amazing!

The shower pressure was a bit weak and erratic. Some areas in the hotel looked a bit tired.

The lobby and common areas were beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly, especially as a senior.
